SELFFormative Language Assessment System

You can take the SELF test if your institution has provided you with a connection link and a SELF session code. If this is not the case, contact your language center and request an individual test.

Access SELF to take the test:
If you don't belong to one of these institutions, use the link sent to you by your institution.

Procedure to Follow

1. Register on the SELF platform of your institution.
2. Enter the session code provided by your institution. If you do not have a code, contact the person in charge in your institution.
3. Watch the video tutorial on the homepage. You'll learn how to answer the questions, familiarize yourself with the type of content you will find how to check your connection stability and sound volume.
4. The test takes about an hour and is not limited in time. However, the time taken is recorded.
5. At the end of the test, the results will be displayed directly on your screen. You can also download them as a PDF.

Important

• Use a computer; avoid tablets and smartphones.
• Preferably use the Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers.
• If for any reason the page becomes unresponsive, refresh it.
• If you are disconnected, the test will resume where you left off upon reconnection.
