Legal aspects of using digital resources for language teaching/learning.
As part of the Innovalangues project, LANSAD at Stendhal-Grenoble 3 University organised a day of work and reflection on legal aspects related to the use of digital resources for language teaching/learning.

Various issues were presented and discussed: copyright, specific rights, trademark rights, domain names and free licenses. This day was primarily intended for the actors of the IDEFI Innovalangues project, but this podcast is available to all those concerned with these topics.

Check out the videos of the event Pascale Tréfigny, lecturer at the University of Grenoble Alpes and deputy director of the Centre Universitaire d'Enseignement et de Recherches en Propriété Intellectuelle (CUERPI), summarises the criteria and constituent elements of a brand, Provides concrete examples of fraud and develops the rules for domain name registration and protection. In this talk, Jean-Michel Bruguière sheds light on copyright, image rights, exceptions and what is meant by “educational use”. Jean-Michel Bruguière is Professor at the University of Grenoble Alpes and Director of the Centre Universitaire d'Enseignement et de Recherches en Propriété Intellectuelle (CUERPI).
